Le cadre normatif en matière de traitement de substitution diffère entre la Belgique et la France. Cela a une incidence sur les soins prodigués aux personnes dépendantes aux opiacés. Nombreux sont les patients français ayant recours au traitement méthadone en Belgique plutôt que dans leur pays d’origine notamment en raison de l’organisation des programmes de substitution en France. Ce phénomène est connu et il suscite le débat.
Quel impact a ce flux sur l’organisation des soins de santé ? Comment cette situation est-elle vécue par les praticiens du curatif ? Pourquoi le subutex est-il plus prescrit et plus accessible en France alors qu’en Belgique le choix se porte sur la méthadone ? Deux molécules, deux politiques ? Quelle(s) conséquence(s) pour les patients ? Pour y répondre nous questionnerons les professionnels français et belges.
Nous exposerons les deux cadres normatifs du traitement de substitution, leurs divergences et leurs convergences. Nous envisagerons leurs évolutions et leur implication dans l’organisation du réseau des soins de santé. Programme :
